March 2020 – The World Stopped
In March 2020, everything changed. The lockdown made us all worried and scared. A year before COVID, I joined my father’s small security agency in Mumbai. We had only one big client, with 20 guards working for them. I always wanted to use technology to improve our services and make managing our business easier, so I started building a mobile app with my team.

But then, COVID hit. Our client decided to end the contract, and we were left with no business, no income. It was a tough time. Paying rent and taking care of my family felt impossible.

The Turning Point
I didn’t give up. I decided to give my app for free to other security agencies to see if it could help them. I contacted a few agency owners through my personal connections, and they loved it! Even during the lockdown, they could track their guards’ activities and visits using the app.

When I asked them to pay a small amount to continue using the app, they agreed. I saw that guards were using the app every day, and I realized that this could help other security agencies like it helped us.

A New Mission
That’s when I made up my mind. I wanted to use this technology to help other security agency owners grow their business, get more clients, and save money. I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t face the same tough situation I did.

Now We’re Helping 150+ Agencies
Slowly, my app started helping more and more agencies. Today, I work with over 150 security agencies across India. What started as a struggle has turned into a success story. Now, I’m proud to help other agencies succeed, just like we did.

It’s been a hard journey, but I’ve learned that technology can really change lives—and that’s why we built the Smart Supervisor App.
